We use a variety of assessment tools from Meyers-Briggs to the Leadership Development Profile (LDP - now know as SCTi-MAP), to create a personal profile providing us with a clear, accurate and comprehensive picture.

Using your personal profile created during our individual assessment, coupled with your vision and goals, we will create a clear, measurable and strategic coaching plan specific to you.
